FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD ANNOUNCES EXTENSION OF PAYCHECK PROTECTION PROGRAM LIQUIDITY FACILITY
On March 8, 2021 the Federal Reserve Board announced the three-month extension of the Paycheck Protection Program Liquidity Facility to June 30, 2021. The facility was originally scheduled to expire on March 31, 2021. The Paycheck Protection Program Liquidity Facility extends term credit to financial institutions making Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. The liquidity provided by the PPPLF helps eligible financial institutions fund additional PPP loans.
